• There is a reasonable load limit for your Feline Frame Ensemble and Feline Step Shelves. A stationary load limit is set at 25 lbs. However, a dynamic/impacting load limit (jumping) is set at the weight of an average sized house cat (approx. 15lbs.)

  • Due to the handmade nature of our Frame Your Feline products, typical delivery is in 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified when your order has been shipped!

  • Of course! As soon as your order ships we send you an automatic email with the tracking information. A delivery confirmation email is also sent!

  • We ship via UPS Ground.
